Please Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes those adorable outfits might not be the perfect fit for your little fashionista. That’s why we’ve created a simple returns process that’s as fuss-free as our premium children’s wear collections.
Key Return Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Refund Method: Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All swimwear (from our Swimwear collection)
- All bodysuits (from our Bodysuits & Sets collection)

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Please include the original packing slip and ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as TinyTogs cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days of approval
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid duties.
