Our Simple Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please note that returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please include the original packing slip and ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as TinyTogs cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days of approval

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (from our Swimwear collection)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for your replacement item.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid duties.
